Frank De Clerck creates sculptures and wall objects in corten steel. Using simple, strong lines, he reduces recognisable forms to a restrained visual language that combines strength with refinement.

Integrated lighting can transform the work after dark, allowing light and shadow to extend the steel drawing into the surrounding space. Some pieces are made in collaboration with Wilfrieda Van De Velde, combining her material paintings with De Clerck's steel line work and lighting so that painting, sculpture and illumination become one composition.
